Learn the Chain of Survival, high-quality CPR metrics, early warning indicators of cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, and stroke.
Hour 1

Hands-on CPR Practice
Intensive practice on adult, child, and infant mannequins with real-time feedback for rate, depth, and complete recoil.
Hour 2 - 3

AED & Team Dynamics
Simulated Automated External Defibrillator (AED) pad placement, shock delivery safety, airway devices, and multi-rescuer coordination.
Hour 4
04
Skills Test & Certification
Individual practical assessment on CPR & AED procedures, followed by immediate issuance of your recognized BLS certification card.
