Step-by-step clinical training modules designed to build instinctive, high-precision life support skills under critical emergency conditions.
Every candidate practices directly on simulation mannequins until 100% precision in CPR depth, rate, recoil, and ventilation volume is achieved.
Master the critical differences between single-rescuer and two-rescuer CPR protocols across age demographics. Learn high-frequency chest compressions (100–120 bpm), optimal compression depth (5–6 cm for adults), complete chest recoil between compressions, and minimizing interruptions to maintain coronary perfusion pressure.
Instant muscle memory of 30:2 and 15:2 compression-to-ventilation ratios on QCPR mannequins.
Hands-on training with professional AED training simulators. Learn instant power-on protocols, adult and pediatric electrode pad placement, voice prompt compliance, heart rhythm analysis safety, shock delivery protocols, and immediate post-shock compression resumption.
Ability to deploy and safely operate an AED in under 60 seconds during sudden cardiac emergencies.
Techniques for opening the airway safely (Head-Tilt Chin-Lift vs Jaw-Thrust for suspected spinal trauma). Practice utilizing pocket barrier masks with one-way valves, and two-rescuer Bag-Valve-Mask (BVM) ventilations with proper E-C clamp technique ensuring visible chest rise without gastric inflation.
Mastering 1-second gentle rescue breaths with verifiable tidal volume on simulation lungs.
Rapid recognition of mild vs severe airway obstruction in responsive adults, children, and infants. Perform Heimlich abdominal thrusts, chest thrusts for pregnant or obese patients, and infant back slaps combined with chest thrusts. Detailed procedures for unresponsive choking victims transitioning into CPR.
Immediate physical response to clear obstructed airways for patients of any age or physical size.
In hospital and clinical settings, CPR is rarely performed alone. Learn closed-loop communication, designated team roles (Team Leader, Compressor, Airway, AED Operator, Timer/Recorder), smooth compressor rotation every 2 minutes to prevent fatigue, and critical constructive interventions during resuscitation.
Seamless coordination inside emergency rooms, ICUs, ambulance squads, and hospital wards.
Protocols for handling specific emergency situations including suspected opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies (Naloxone administration protocol), maternal cardiac arrest, drowning victim CPR protocols, and post-cardiac arrest recovery positioning.
Complete emergency readiness across complex pre-hospital and clinic scenarios.
We maintain rigorous standards to ensure every certified candidate is truly confident and capable. Assessment takes place at the end of the 1-day session through two components:
Direct instructor observation on Adult & Infant CPR and AED deployment scenario testing.
Short theoretical quiz with passing threshold (84% score). Retest provided on same day if required.
Seats are limited per session to maintain our strict 1:2 mannequin-to-student ratio and individualized feedback.
